These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and our 3D tracking and related services (“Services”). By submitting footage, contacting us, or using the website, you agree to these Terms.

2) Services

We provide services including (but not limited to):

  • 3D camera tracking (matchmove)

  • Optional add-ons: object tracking, roto/rotomask, rotomation (when agreed)
    Deliverables, formats, scope, and timelines are confirmed per project.

3) Project Submission & Requirements

To start a project, you may be asked to provide:

  • Footage (video or image sequence)

  • Frame rate, resolution, and shot length

  • Lens/camera details (if available)

  • Any references, notes, and required formats
    You confirm you have the rights/permission to submit the footage and request work on it.

4) Quotes, Scope & Revisions

  • Pricing is per project/shot and depends on complexity, duration, and deliverables.

  • A quote is valid for [X days] unless stated otherwise.

  • Revisions are included only as specified in the quote. Extra revisions or scope changes may require additional fees.

5) Delivery & Turnaround

Turnaround time is estimated after reviewing the footage. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or changes in scope.

6) Payment

  • Payment terms are agreed before work begins (e.g., full upfront or milestone-based).

  • Work may start after payment confirmation (unless agreed otherwise).

  • All fees are non-refundable once work has started, except where required by law.

7) Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate project information and respond in a timely manner

  • Review deliveries and send feedback within [X days]

  • Use delivered files in a responsible and lawful manner

8) Intellectual Property & Usage

  • You retain ownership of your original footage and materials.

  • Upon full payment, you receive the right to use the delivered tracking files for your project.

  • We may use small previews / breakdown stills for portfolio/marketing only with your written permission (recommended default).
    If you want strict confidentiality/NDA, request it before submitting.

9) Confidentiality

We treat submitted footage and project information as confidential and will not share it publicly. Access may be limited to team members and service providers needed to deliver the work.

10) File Retention

We may retain project files for [X days] after delivery to support revisions. You may request deletion at any time.

11) Prohibited Use

You may not use our services to submit unlawful content, infringe rights, or attempt to compromise our website/security.

12) Disclaimer

We aim for accurate, production-ready results, but tracking quality depends on the footage (motion blur, noise, occlusion, rolling shutter, compression, etc.). We do not guarantee perfect results in all cases.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or production delays.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website/services means you accept the updated Terms.
